The Golden Gate Bridge

Supplies: Patterned paper: Imaginsce, Cardstock: Bazzill & DCWV, Stamps: Heidi Swapp, Ink: Brilliance in Lightning Black, Others: Cuttlebug embossing folder & diecut, transparency, thread, brads.

This week's challenge at Scrapping Out Loud is all about black, white and READ. You can make your layout to be like a newspaper article or just use a newsprint font. Isn't this a fun challenge? That you absolutely must play along? *wink*

My layout features a picture of the Golden Gate Bridge and some very personal journaling. Click on the image to read the journaling. Really simple layout to pull together, using scraps, some stamping work, machine-stitching and text & title printed on transparency.

Come play along with us at Scrapping Out Loud! Happy Tuesday! :)

Wow Y, this layout is so beautiful. I love your stitching and how the picture looks like a postcard. This also makes me a little less afraid to try using my transparencies! lol

Your journaling is very touching, I'm sorry for your loss!
